All Hotel rooms are centrally air-conditioned.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION / TAXIS            

Larnaca airport is 35 minutes drive (40 Km) from the hotel. Taxis and mini buses are always available. Private TAXI transfer can be booked with your reservation.

For anniversaries or any special occasion we can assist you in ordering floral arrangements, cakes, champagne or special surprises.

BABY SITTING     

Available on request against charge. 24 hours notice needed.

BEACH TOWELS

The Hotel does not provide for free Beach towels. Beach towels are on sale, at very reasonable prices at the Hotels Souvenir Shop.

A rich variety of books are available for sale at the Hotels Souvenir shop.

BUS SERVICE                                                 

There is a public transport bus service near to the Hotel to the Agia Napa centre, Paralimni, Larnaca and Nicosia Town.

CAR HIRE                                                              

The Reception staff will be happy to assist you with the best and cheapest possible choice.

CHECK IN/OUT                                                                 

Check in time is 14:00 hrs and Ckeck out time is midday 12.00 hrs.

CHEMIST / DOCTOR                                             

The Reception staff is always there for you to provide information of day and night chemist as well as for the Doctor on Call. 

COMMUNICATIONS                                                    

E-mail, Internet point, telefax services are available through Reception.

CONFERENCES / MEETINGS COCKTAILS                                                    

The Conference room available for up to 100 delicates.

CREDIT CARDS / CURRENCY     

Traveller’s Cheques are accepted by the hotel, but not personal cheques. Most major credit cards are accepted up to the credit limit.  Payment in currencies other than EURO is welcome, and to this effect rates of exchange are displayed at the Reception.

DIABETICS / SPECIAL FOOD / DIET

The hotel will be happy to prepare any diabetic food requested.

DRESS

Casual wear is normal during daytime throughout the “Bella Napa Bay Hotel”. However, guests are kindly requested not to sit in bathing suits in the Lobby, Bar or Restaurants.

ELECTRICITY / VOLTAGE                                          

The hotel’s electricity supply is 240v.  A Shaver plug is available in the bathroom.  Adaptors are available for sale at the Hotels Souvenir Shop at a very low price.

ENTERTAIMENT                                                                        

A weekly events programme is available with several times a week live music and Folkloric show

Direct telephone line is available in all rooms. Card phones available by the reception area.

Video games, Pool Table, Darts are available in the hotel.

Available with appointment out side the hotel premises.

The Hotel provides regular or express service to Guests except Sundays.

Each room is equipped with a safe box for your added convenience and security. Service is charged extra.

SCUBA DIVING / WATER SPORTS                                

Water skiing, Parasailing, Pedaloes, Canoes, Sailing Boats, etc are available at the beach in front of the Hotel 300 meters away under separate Management. The Hotel cannot accept responsibility for the water sports.
